We are and always have been a force free facility, believing in the use of positive reinforcement over punishment for managing our play-care groups. We run a low dog to handler ratio in our carefully created playgroups based on dog’s size, temperament, age and energy levels. All of this combined with the use of bio-organic cleaning products helps us run the safest facility in the city.
